Limiting Your Liquid Calories

Did you know that liquid calories can be the most deadly calorie additions to your diet?

Most liquid calories will overload you with both sugar and calories, even though it may seem healthy on first glace. You might bypass the can of soda for a healthy smoothie instead, but you may actually be adding more calories to your diet, because fruit is so high in natural sugars.

Same goes for fancy lattes or other espresso-based gourmet drinks. Again, even though on the surfact they may seem healthy, but that large latte can easily add 300 calories to your daily intake.

You are best to always drink water for your liquid intake, even if you insist on bottled water. Water is absolutely necessary for optimum weight loss.
